Our mission is to make shopping convenient and reliable, starting with localized service in Osun State and expanding across Nigeria.

Will I pay for delivery?

Yes, delivery charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. We strive to keep our delivery fees affordable and transparent. During checkout, you will see the exact delivery cost before placing your order. Occasionally, we offer free delivery promotions for select products or order amounts — keep an eye out for those deals!

How fast is the delivery?

We currently offer fast and reliable delivery within 1–3 business days for orders within Osun State. Delivery speed depends on your exact location and the time the order is placed. Orders made early in the day are often dispatched same-day. As we grow, we plan to reduce delivery times even further and expand our coverage areas.

What location do you operate in?

At the moment, E-Marts operates primarily within Osun State, Nigeria. We are focused on providing fast, localized service to areas in and around Ibadan and other key towns in the state. We are actively working on expanding to more states and cities across Nigeria in the near future.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order! Once your purchase has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an update via email or SMS with your tracking details. You can also log into your eMart account to view the latest status of your order. Our delivery partners offer real-time updates so you can know exactly where your package is.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, there is no minimum order requirement on eMart. You’re free to shop for as little or as much as you like. Whether you're buying a single item or filling up your cart, we’re here to serve you. However, some promotions or bulk discount offers may have quantity-based conditions, which will be clearly stated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure and convenient payment options. These include debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (not yet available). All online payments are processed through secure gateways to protect your data and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
